Shipping

All orders are shipped from the UAE and delivered with care. Every shipment is fully tracked to ensure a smooth and reliable experience. 

UAE

Complimentary tracked delivery on all orders, delivered within 1–2 working days.

International

Complimentary shipping on orders over 500 AED. Any applicable delivery fees for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.

VAT & Duties

For deliveries within the UAE, all VAT and duties are included — no additional charges upon delivery.

For international orders, any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is clearly stated on each product page.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To qualify for a return in such cases, items must be:

• unused and in their original condition
• returned in original packaging with all labels intact
• accompanied by the original order confirmation
