Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on the website are in AED and include VAT where applicable. Prices and product availability are accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, inaccuracies, or availability issues.

Payment

All payments are subject to standard authorisation checks. Your payment method will be charged once authorisation is successfully completed.

We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Delivery 

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes displayed at checkout. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Soie Labs shall not be liable for delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns section for further details.

Returns & Refunds 

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. This is clearly stated on each product page.

Exceptions may apply in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Order Changes & Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
